WEBEX CONFERENCING
WebEx is a communication tool used by i+o to conduct sales activity meetings and share project information on screen.
Presentations can be discussed quickly and efficiently, proposals can be reviewed and special project issues can be displayed, all by using the internet browser – we can work locally, and meet globally.
When using WebEx, the screen content or data of one user becomes accessable for one or all other members of the meeting. Verbal discussions may be take place at the same time via internet telephoning (VoIP) or via regular telephone. The screen can be used as a flip chart and all issues can be visualized as well.
